• Enquiry details — name, email, phone, dates, apartment size and the message you send us.
• Booking and stay details — guest names, address, arrival and departure, payment status, deposit and any special requirements.
• Identity checks — where required for longer stays or right-to-rent style verification.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, collected through cookies where you consent.

• Contract — to answer enquiries, take and manage bookings, and provide housekeeping and concierge services.
• Legal obligation — accounting, tax and safety records.
• Legitimate interests — protecting the property, preventing fraud, and improving our service.
• Consent — optional cookies and, if you opt in, marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We share only what is necessary with our booking engine and payment providers, housekeeping and maintenance partners, professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data. Where a provider is outside the UK, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Booking and financial records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe.
