Book with us directly and you will always pay less than on any booking platform. If you find the same apartment, for the same dates and the same conditions, at a lower publicly bookable price anywhere online, we will match that price and take a further 5% off it.
How to claim
- 1. Book your apartment directly on this site.
- 2. Within 24 hours, email stay@marblearchapartments.co.uk with a link or screenshot of the lower price.
- 3. We verify the rate, match it and apply a further 5% discount to your booking.
Conditions
- — The same apartment at 3 Connaught Street, for the same arrival and departure dates.
- — The same number of guests, the same inclusions and the same cancellation conditions.
- — A publicly available, bookable rate in GBP — not a member-only, opaque, packaged or loyalty-points rate.
- — Sent to us within 24 hours of your direct booking, with a screenshot or link we can verify.
- — Verified by our team while the lower rate is still live and bookable.
- — One claim per booking. The extra 5% is applied to the accommodation rate.
